Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now the pastor. Additionally, he is the Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is, besides being pastor, is passionate about training up the younger generation. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous articles online, and is an contributor to the Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Change Lives With God's eternal truth.
